Nothing on this site is an offer to sell; binding terms are set only in a written quotation, purchase order or contract signed by Techware.
Several products are defence or dual-use items. Their supply, export and re-export are subject to Indian law, including the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 and the SCOMET list, and require end-user certification. Enquiries may be declined where applicable approvals cannot be obtained.
